Product Update: Click-and-Send Payments

If you're used to Venmoing money to pay for services or even to split a check with your friends, this new product update is right up your alley: we've made it that easy to send payments using TIDY. 

After a quick set-up, you'll be able to click and send payments to ensure your Pros are paid for the cleaning jobs. For them, it's just as convenient: the amount will be directly deposited into the bank account registered in their TIDY profile. 

Why is this relevant?

We are always striving to make improvements and offer a product that truly attends to our clients' needs. Plus, we don't want to give you more work. We want to make things simpler for you. Whether they are third-party vendors or your own employees, paying your Pros should be easy as clicking a button. And now it is. 

How to do the initial set-up for send payment feature

For the first time, you'll need to complete a couple of steps to ensure the send payment feature is enabled for your Pros:

  1. Go to the "My Pros" section
  2. Select one specific address
  3. Under "Select Job", click "Add Pro"

Now that specific Pro will be linked to that address and enabled to receive payments via the new feature. Once you're ready to send one, here are the steps:

  1. Go to "My Pros"
  2. Click the chosen address
  3. Under "Approved", select the Pro you want to send a payment to
  4. Click "Send Payment"
  5. Enter the dollar amount and other required information in the designated fields

Done. The Pro will get a message asking where they want the money to be deposited, and it will be sent. Easy as that. This is available for our residential and rental customers, and if you need any help, you can access our Documentation for Employers or contact our Concierge.
