TIDY and Hospitable are powerful software tools that make property managers' daily activities easier, more efficient, and automated. We have had several Hospitable clients reach out to us about a direct integration, and we're proud to say that it is now live!
Why does this matter?
Before the direct integration, users had to import one property at a time from Hospitable to TIDY. That meant copying iCal link by iCal link and repeating the process over and over until their whole rental portfolio was transferred. Then, they would have to set up automatic booking one by one, as well.
Now, the steps are simple as the click of a couple of buttons, and clients will enjoy a seamless transition between platforms, on top of all the advantages the integration already brings.
How to integrate Hospitable and TIDY?
This one-time process will pull all Hospitable listings as addresses into TIDY, and allow users to set up automatic booking for cleanings anytime there is a guest check-in coming up. See the steps below:
Log into both accounts, if you haven't already done so
Copy your API Key from your Hospitable settings page
On your TIDY home page, look for and click on "Integrations", in the left menu bar
Click "Add Integration"
Search for Hospitable and select "Direct"
Paste your API Key into the field
The syncing will begin and take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

Why should you consider automatic booking?
Automatic booking is a feature that allows users to see all their Hospitable reservations in TIDY. That means that the platform will present all tracking necessary on upcoming and completed jobs, plus any turnovers that still need to be done.
When a guest reservation is made, TIDY will automatically book a cleaning job for that specific property, considering settings that the client has determined, for example: which Pros (cleaners) to use, to-do lists and the job length.
